I adored this movie when I was younger. Used to walk around talking about "Phone Golly" all the time. I watched it back in the spring, and while I still like it - at least for nostalgic purposes - I do think now that I'm older that the tree-huggers pushed it a bit far. Like, I'm all for conserving the rainforests, don't get me wrong...but I think that the way they went about doing it was a bit heavy for kids. Still, it was fun. :-)

Crysta finds male humans accidentally shrinks one named Zak (Jonathan Ward) is trying to prevent him being crushed by a tree. Zak goes on a wild adventure with Crysta & Batty Koda (Robin Williams). It is up to Crysta and the other fairies to defeat Hexxus (Tim Curry).

Crysta is sadly resizing Zak to normal size sets off with his fellow lumberjacks, Tony (Robert Pastorelli) & Ralph (Geoffrey Blake) to the destruction of the rainforests. Crysta takes Magi's place after learning finally how to control her powers.

Some parts were pretty entertaining and the songs were quite catchy. Good animation but the storyline didn't captivate me.
