MCT:October 31, 2008Garage Days is an awesome rock n' roll movie about a band trying to get their big break. It's fast-paced, funny, well-directed, and has a great soundtrack. Too bad Alex Proyas(The Crow, I Robot) doesn't make more movies like this.

awesome movie! Very fun and enjoyable! You grow to like the characters in the movie the longer you watch. Some scenes could have very easily moved over to cheesy but the choice of awesome music made it just right. The direction of the film is also very stylish and almost in the vein of trainspotting.. esp with the drugs and all.
anyway, if you love music and drugs. this is the film to watch! -

I stumbled upon this film on IFC when I was bored, looking for a movie. I missed about 15 minutes of it but what kept me on the channel was the song. I think the soundtrack is the best thing about this movie. Besides having a few laughs in between.
The movie is about a band that isn't that good but still living the dream of making it big. They all love each other and are just trying to make it big.
The dinner scene with her parents was pretty funny and I'm still confused, was the girl taking a bath in blood real or not?
Anyways, if you stumble upon this movie I say give it a go!
